RETURN POLICY

RETURNS- If you’re not obsessed with your Active by Teal items, we’d be happy to accept the return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will accept returns 14 days from the order date. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed and tags still attached. Shipping fee is non-refundable. There will be a $5 restocking fee per item for all returns. ALL items on sale are FINAL SALE. 

EXCHANGES- If you're needing a different size, you can request an exchange up to 14 days after the purchase date. You are responsible of covering shipping costs to get the items back to us. Once items are received, we will ship you the right size. You are only allowed one exchange per item. 

If you are wanting to return or exchange items from your purchase, please send us an EMAIL with your first name and order number as the subject. Please DO NOT send back any items before sending us an email. You can email us at ActivebyTeal@gmail.com.

Items bought at any in-person event/market are FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with any discount code may NOT be returned.  They are FINAL SALE.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
