RETURN POLICY
Returns
If you’re not completely obsessed with your Active by Teal items, we’re happy to accept eligible returns for store credit only within 14 days of your order date.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from all approved returns.
- All sale items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges within 10 days of your delivery date.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out the requested size, subject to availability.
- Only one exchange is permitted per item.
Before Sending Your Return or Exchange
If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, please email us first at help@activebyteal.com.
- Use your first name and order number as the email subject line.
- Do not send your item back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Please do not send Instagram DMs regarding returns or exchanges, as they will not be handled through social media.
Final Sale Policy
The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items purchased at any in-person event or market.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Orders placed using any discount code, including FREE SHIP promotions.
- Accessories.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
